If FusionAura Studio and a client decide to work together, the actual engagement should be governed by a separately agreed proposal, statement of work, order form and/or service agreement as appropriate.
That separate agreement should define the parties, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment, timeline, acceptance, change control, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, third-party services, warranties, support, termination and liability as applicable. This website does not invent or replace those project terms.
