Project overview
CAVENRA — Curated Real Estate, in context.
- Year
- 2026
- Project type
- Internal Concept
CAVENRA is an internal FusionAura Studio concept exploring a more considered digital experience for residential real estate. The website pairs large architectural photography with an editorial layout, a restrained palette and clear property storytelling.
The experience connects neighborhood discovery, services, a four-step process and featured properties in one cohesive journey. Property details and locations are illustrative concept content, while the experience carousel presents brand principles rather than fabricated customer testimonials.
This case study describes verified project scope and delivered work. It does not make unverified external outcome claims.

Problems and responses
Challenges, made clear.
- 01
Challenge
Keep an image-led desktop hero complete and readable within the initial viewport.
Solution
Used viewport-relative sizing, measured content placement and responsive spacing to keep navigation, headline, CTA and supporting information visible.
- 02
Challenge
Create refined motion while preserving the established editorial composition.
Solution
Used lightweight opacity and transform reveals with short staggers, consistent hover feedback and reduced-motion support.
- 03
Challenge
Present a fictional real estate brand without misleading business claims.
Solution
Clearly identified the project as an internal concept, used illustrative property data and replaced customer reviews with original brand principles.
Approach
How the project came together.
We developed a contemporary visual system using warm off-white, deep green-black and muted lime accents. Oversized typography, asymmetric neighborhood cards and horizontal property listings create a distinctive architectural rhythm.
Built with React, TypeScript and Vite, the responsive interface uses lightweight scroll reveals, staggered text entrances and restrained hover transitions. The motion system respects reduced-motion preferences, while viewport-aware hero sizing and careful footer geometry preserve the composition across desktop and mobile screens.
