`Dua Nadeem needed more than a polished personal website. The platform had to explain a broad content and outreach offer, establish authority through real work and published thinking, and turn qualified interest into structured inquiries. It also needed to remain manageable after launch, without requiring template edits for routine content or operational changes.

The finished experience brings services, selected work, client proof, an editorial insights library and direct project inquiry into one coherent system. A custom administration layer supports publishing, inquiry management, navigation, social links, site settings and analytics controls. The visual language mirrors the subject matter: precise typography, numbered editorial sections, field-note details and a restrained paper, midnight and copper palette make content strategy feel tangible.

Across desktop and mobile, the interface preserves a clear hierarchy and deliberate pacing. Visitors can quickly understand the offer, inspect evidence, read useful articles or move directly to the contact flow, while accessible navigation, validation feedback and consent choices keep those journeys understandable.`

This case study describes verified project scope and delivered work. It does not make unverified external outcome claims.

Problems and responses

Challenges, made clear.

  1. 01

    Challenge

Turn a wide mix of SEO writing, guest posting and specialist outreach services into a site that feels focused rather than fragmented.

    Solution

Build the information architecture around three clear disciplines—content, outreach and authority—then carry that hierarchy through the homepage, service index, specialist service pages and repeated project CTAs.

  2. 02

    Challenge

Create a distinctive editorial desktop experience without sacrificing clarity, accessibility or usability on small screens.

    Solution

Design modular numbered compositions that can reorder at defined breakpoints, pair them with keyboard-managed mobile navigation, visible focus states, touch-friendly controls and reduced-motion fallbacks, and verify the public routes across a six-size viewport matrix.

  3. 03

    Challenge

Give a solo professional control over publishing and lead operations while protecting inquiry data and preserving search quality.

    Solution

Develop a custom PHP CMS with separated repositories and domain managers, role-aware administration, secure sessions, CSRF and rate limiting, sanitized content/media pipelines, persistent inquiry records, consent-gated analytics and centralized SEO/AEO metadata.

Approach

How the project came together.

`The work began by organizing the public experience around visitor intent rather than a conventional list of pages. The homepage progresses from positioning to services, evidence, process, personal context, testimonials, insights and a final action. Secondary indexes reuse the same intro, breadcrumb and CTA patterns so the site feels like one system even as the content changes.

The visual direction was developed as an editorial system suited to a content strategist: oversized but controlled headlines, publication-style rules, numbered modules and asymmetric grids. Components were then restructured deliberately at tablet and mobile breakpoints instead of being uniformly reduced. Navigation becomes a keyboard-managed mobile panel, multi-column content becomes a logical reading sequence, and forms preserve large touch targets without causing overflow.

Behind the interface, a custom PHP and MariaDB/MySQL architecture separates repositories, domain management and presentation. The build adds secure sessions, CSRF protection, prepared queries, rate limiting, sanitized rich content, hardened media processing and role-based administration. Search foundations include clean routes, canonical metadata, structured data, sitemap, feed, robots and llms.txt, while GA4 remains disabled until both the environment and the visitor’s consent permit it.`

Outcome

The result is a cohesive public brand and a maintainable publishing platform rather than a collection of disconnected marketing pages. Dua can manage services, work, testimonials, articles, navigation and inquiries through the CMS, while visitors receive a direct path from first impression to evidence and project contact.

Across desktop, tablet and mobile, the finished experience maintains its editorial character while preserving accessible navigation, clear interaction feedback, responsive layouts and consent-aware analytics.`
